Return & Refund Policy

At Sawera Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale items and clearance products are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Undergarments and intimate wear.

• Opened beauty and cosmetic products.

• Products damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or store credit.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sawera Studio.
